Greenexta Spa, a company present in the production and marketing of special fertilizers and biocontrol products with a view to strengthening the Technical Office, is currently looking for:
TECHNICAL PROMOTER: agronomist, the person sought will carry out technical promotion activities of the products to retailers, distributors, customers and end users, offering technical information, demonstrations in the field and giving suggestions for the correct use of the products themselves.
The person will also be responsible for maintaining and developing productive relationships with technical operators in the reference market in order to transfer the knowledge and experience of the Greenexta company.
Candidates must have the following characteristics:
- agronomic training, agricultural-food sciences or equivalent. Experience in the role.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and the English language.
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Spirit of initiative and propensity to work towards objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills.

TECHNICAL PROMOTER and/or TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST: The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical and commercial promotion of the company’s products to retailers, distributors, customers, and end users. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical information on products
- Offering qualified support for the correct use of company solutions
- Conducting field demonstrations
- Managing sales activities and commercial development within the assigned territory
- Sharing technical knowledge and experience across partner companies
The role also requires the ability to build, maintain, and develop productive relationships with technical stakeholders in the reference market.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Agronomy or Agri-technical fields (Agricultural Sciences, Food Sciences, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- Good command of the English language; additional languages are a plus
- Availability to travel within Italy and abroad
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills
